As Papa Cheese's Smokehouse and Grill has grown so have the team, after the seed was set and the idea of  cooking for the public was buzzing around my head the setup was very modest, but i opened up at the Cerne Abbas Brewery with a small stall, it sparked the interest of the a friend of mine, Woody, and with his experience of catering we decided to partner up and see how it went! and the results were great food, service and banter.

With my Wife, Lisa, my Daughter, Charlotte and my Mum, Hazel all helping out when they can and friends stepping in when we have the bigger functions we are the Papa Cheese Family and I couldn't do it without everyones help.
