Here at Papa Cheeses Smokehouse and Grill, great food is what we do. Over the last year, Papa Cheeses Smokehouse and Grill has grown from a backyard family BBQ into an amazing catering business, we offer fabulous BBQ food from burgers to steaks all cooked on with Pitboss pellet grill to give it a flavour like no other, alongside this we have hotdogs, chips and veggie options . Papa Cheeses Grill first started through lockdown with myself, Nick, turning my hand to some cooking, as the days rolled on i created more dishes but my heart was in cooking meat, I researched the techniques and found that BBQ was the way to go, I started off with a small charcoal and wood smoker with amazing results so decided to purchase a pitboss pellet grill, from that point there was no stopping me! i smoked EVERYTHING!
I saw an opportunity to serve food to the public at the Cerne Abbas Brewery and asked my mate, woody, to help me and be my second in command, we talked to the Gaffers of the Brewery, Jodie (my bro in law) and Vic (head brewer) and they decided to give it a go, the rest, as they say is history!
Running a mobile set up to a couple of other sites the business has flourished, and with a 5 rating on our food hygiene certificate we are ready to feed the people of Dorset!

Im Papa's boy and the teams mascot, you might see me at the venues but Papa says i'm not allowed near the food for health and hygiene reasons! so i just chill out by the van and hope to get a scrap now and again and a belly rub, i'm very friendly although i look like a tank!
